CUSTOMER INFORMATION
How GearHeadFabs uses information provided during shopping, checkout, fulfillment, and support.
We use contact, order, shipping, and transaction-reference information to process purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and fulfill shipments. Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe and is not stored by this site.
Information is shared only with service providers needed to process payments, operate the website, communicate about orders, and deliver packages, or when required by law. GearHeadFabs does not sell customer personal information.
To ask about your information or an order, email sales@gearheadfabs.com. Order and transaction records may be retained as needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
GearHeadFabs records anonymous page visits and shopping events, such as adding an item to the cart, to understand site and product trends. This reporting uses a random browser identifier and an IP geolocation service to derive an approximate country, state or region, and city. Raw IP addresses are not stored for general site analytics. When a verified purchaser submits or updates a product review, the request IP address is retained in a private owner-only moderation audit trail to investigate spam, abuse, or inappropriate content. GearHeadFabs does not store payment-card information or sell visitor data.
